Jaden Davis

Junior Sous Chef

Jaden joined the team at Field & Main as a line cook in 2023 and was quickly promoted to lead line cook in 2024. He brought with him a host of experience from his time at Red House Tavern and The Regency Clubhouse, as well as several other area restaurants. 

It was clear from the outset that Jaden’s passion for food and talent for cooking ran deep. Coming from a family where food was at the center, Jaden learned early on that the kitchen was where he felt most at home. Inspired by his mother’s own culinary journey, what began as a family tradition quickly grew into a clear career path for him. 

Over the years, Jaden has developed a broad range of culinary skills across many different kitchens, steadily refining his technique and capacity as a leader. Field & Main has benefited from his growth as a cook, collaborate and a thoughtful contributor to the menu.

In 2025, Jaden earned a well-deserved promotion to Junior Sous Chef. The team relies on his calm steadiness, attention to detail, and disciplined commitment to upholding our standards. He takes pride in being a consistent, grounding presence in the kitchen while continuing to learn and grow alongside the team.

Outside the kitchen, Jaden enjoys listening to music, watching sports, and spending quality time with friends.
