Klaudjo Ndoka

Dining Room Manager

Klaudjo Ndoka joined the Field & Main team as dining room manager in 2023 bringing with him nearly two decades of restaurant experience in the United States and Europe.

Hailing from Athens, Greece, Klaudjo began his hospitality career in high school while working as a server and back waiter at a local restaurant. It was here at this formative age when he realized his love of the industry and his deep passion for being of service to others.

This led him to Aria Suites, a small boutique hotel in Santorini where he spent over 8 years learning all facets of service, fine dining, and hotel operations. 

After meeting his wife Lauren, Klaudjo moved to Washington, D.C. in 2018 continuing his career with the Fabio Trabocchi Restaurant Group. Across 3 years and 3 different restaurants Klaudjo acquired more experience in fine dining culture, eventually training staff and rising in the ranks to dining room manager at Fiola Mare. 

In 2021, Klaudjo moved to American Prime in Tyson’s Corner as the dining room and bar manager. He “found his work home” at Field & Main in November 2023. 

Guests and staff at Field & Main are fortunate to enjoy not only the hospitality experience that Klaujdo brings with him but also his big-hearted, enthusiastic, and warm personality that impacts and elevates each service. 

In his free time Klaudjo is focused on his growing family, enjoying time with his wife and two children Zoe and Theo.
